Inventory Manager   Bazooka Candy Brands (BCB) is seeking a Materials Manager for our Scranton, PA offices.  We are seeking a detail oriented business professional to work in our Supply Chain operation, maintaining inventory control. This person will work with the cross functional team and outside vendors to manage and maintain the integrity of our inventory as well as insure accurate lot traceability.  With iconic brands including Ring Pop, Push Pop, Bazooka Bubblegum, & Juicy Drop, BCB is one of the leading manufacturers & innovators of non-chocolate confections in the US.     WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - We are looking for an agile and energetic candidate who will be accountable for the control, movement, usage, reconciliation and accurate reporting of finished goods, raw material, and purchased components pertinent to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Scheduling, Finance, QA and Customer Service. - Detail Oriented and Rigorously Organized. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. - Know the tools of the trade. Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel and Oracle or equivalent ERP system. MS Access experience is a plus. - Analytical Mindset. Critical thinking is required to proactively spot problems and develop effective solutions. - Self-starter. You will be a member of a results driven team in a “can do” culture and a key contributor in supporting our internal cross-functional teams. You will need to create processes and help with all needs of the organization. - Excellent time-management. Must have excellent multitasking and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment. - Expert problem solver. Areas of responsibility include managing the accounting workflow, generating financial statements in accordance with GAAP, financial planning and analysis as well as banking and cash management.  Additionally, the Director of Finance will ensure that internal controls are operating effectively.   This position is based out of the Minneapolis, MN office.
