The main purpose of this role is to manage the order-to-invoice process for the assigned markets and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. The Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Coordinator will process customer orders, work closely with UK warehouse (internal and freight forwarders, where necessary) providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, and oversee accurate invoicing while resolving customer claims.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CIPS) are a plus.
