Launch Gift Cards (LGC) is a technology solutions provider for the closed-loop gift card industry, providing digital commerce tools for gift card programs including B2C e-commerce and B2B bulk functionality. LGC’s platform has been built from the ground up using modern APIs and services that enable a 100% custom solution for clients. LGC ignored the template trend and made everything customizable for its clients, even the transactional emails. The goal is to make it truly look and feel like a client-developed solution, without bothering their engineers to build it. LGC offers full fraud indemnification and an automated chargeback process, further protecting our clients.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Improve the workflow platform with analysis and changes to the workflows, tools, and anything else that delivers value through the product
  • Design and develop workflow solutions to maximize the platform functionality
  • Build the roadmap for new features and improvements
  • Document product releases and find ways to train users for maximum impact

Qualifications

The ideal candidate...

  • 1+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology, ideally in an e-commerce or app-focused business.
  • 2+ years of experience managing, analyzing, or supporting features in an e-commerce or app environment.
  • Will own the overall UX with the goal of increasing conversion and related metrics, proficiency in sheets, Google Analytics, and other building blocks of analysis.
  • HTML experience preferred.
  • 1+ years experience managing a small team.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.

 

Location: Remote, must be physically located in the US or Australia.

Salary: Starting salary will be dependent on experience.
