Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst will focus on the daily execution of our growth through project management, financial analysis, operations, strategy development, and leadership support for LGC’s digital commerce tools.

  • Delivering on new operational projects with minimal direction
  • Assist executives with strategy, planning, analysis, and other functions
  • Support and optimize new processes, documentation, and testing
  • Drive management efficiency by executing on tasks with minimal direction
  • Improve reporting of key metrics and KPIs to vendors and technology platforms
  • Support the customer service function processes
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Bonus points for knowledge of ecommerce, payments, or gift cards

Qualifications

Previous experience providing direct support to leadership in a fast growing company with a role in business operations, financial analysis, chief of staff, or program management.

  • Strong project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to handle challenging matters, resourcefully and with completeness
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other building blocks of strategy and analysis
  • Exceptional written and communication skills along with an attention to detail.
  • 4 year college degree, MBA preferred
