Launch Gift Cards (LGC) is a technology solutions provider for the closed loop gift card industry, providing digital commerce tools for gift card programs including B2C ecommerce and B2B bulk functionality. The Business Operations Analyst will focus on the daily execution of our growth through project management, financial analysis, operations, strategy development, and leadership support for LGC’s digital commerce tools.

• Delivering on new operational projects with minimal direction
• Assist executives with strategy, planning, analysis, and other functions
• Support and optimize new processes, documentation, and testing
• Drive management efficiency by executing on tasks with minimal direction
• Improve reporting of key metrics and KPIs to vendors and technology platforms
• Support the customer service function processes
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
• Bonus points for knowledge of ecommerce, payments, or gift cards

Previous experience providing direct support to leadership in a fast growing company with a role in business operations, financial analysis, chief of staff, or program management.

• Strong project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables
• Demonstrated skill and ability to handle challenging matters, resourcefully and with completeness
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other building blocks of strategy and analysis
• Exceptional written and communication skills along with an attention to detail.
• 4 year college degree, MBA preferred
